The measurement of water activity or equilibrium relative humidity (ERH) is a key parameter in the quality control of moisture sensitive products or materials. If too much water is available in a product, there is a risk of microbial growth and water migration. Our aw measuring devices are very well suited for water activity measurement in various regulated applications and have a wide range of uses: they are used for water activity analysis in the production or storage of pharmaceutical products, for example. Our aw products are also used for measurement in the food sector, where fast and precise measurement results are a decisive advantage.

Overview
The Rotronic HygroLab is an innovative high-end laboratory analyzer for water activity measurements with up to four measurement probe inputs. Simultaneous or asynchronous measurement with the tried-and-tested AW Quick measuring function for pharmaceutical products, tobacco, coffee, food and many more.
Innovative and stand-alone user interface
The HygroLab has a modern interface for clear and simple measurement of water activity. It is operated using a touch screen interface. The water activity meter can also be connected to the internet for remote control or for free available software updates with many new functionalities. The measurements can thus be observed and the measurement reports downloaded from anywhere at any time. Documents (IQ/OQ) for the vaildation are also additionaly available for the HygroLab.

Overview
The AwTherm from Rotronic is a high-end laboratory instrument for water activity measurements in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. The significant advantage of the AwTherm lies in the possibility to heat or cool the measurement chamber, which simplifies and optimizes the measurement process considerably in the case of tempered products, be they goods in cold storage or on heated conveyor belts.

Overview
The innovative AwEasy is a mobile Bluetooth device and can be used with the Smartphone together with the free AwEasy App for iOS and Android. The measurements can also be started and stopped over the touch button of the AwEasy without the use of a Smartphone. The device has a small display, a light ring as an indicator (“go” or “no go”) and a wireless charger for an easy handling. All measurements are saved into the App and a PDF Report is created automatically. The AwEasy App will be constantly improved and new features will be added over App updates.

Overview
The new HC2A-AW comes with new and enhanced electronics, which improves the self-heating property compaired to its predecessor HC2-AW. The HC2A-AW has the Rotronic UART Connector and can be used with the HygroLab. The HC2A-AW-USB Probe has an USB Connector for direct connection to a PC in combination with the HygroSoft Software. The HygroSoft Software with the Water Activity function must be ordered separately.

Overview
The sample holders provide excellent sample containment and optimum temperature stability. The WP-40TH can be attached to a water bath for additional temperature control.
